Paid policy

Here are some terms about bondbond application.

  • The policy regarding the use of paid services is an agreement between Tree Roots Entertainment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “We” or “bondbond”) and users who purchase bb-coin, which is a currency for buying and selling products and services on the Company's platform only (“bb-coin”), gifts, tickets or other products or services from our service platform (collectively referred to as “Paid Services”). If you have not yet reached the age of 20, you are not permitted to purchase services or engage in any payment transactions unless you have obtained permission from your father, mother, or legal guardian for the acquisition of products or services or the initiation of financial transactions. 

    Please read this policy regarding the use of paid services carefully. When you purchase bb-coin, gifts, tickets or other products or services from our service platform, whether purchasing through applications, websites, or other channels (collectively referred to as “our service platform”) or have already subscribed to our membership, this means that you agree to be legally bound by relevant laws and this paid policy. 

    The Company reserves the right to permit only those individuals registered as members in the system to engage in the purchase of bb-coin, tickets, products, services, and to conduct any financial transactions.  

    To eliminate any potential confusion, it is clarified that any terms not explicitly outlined in this policy shall adhere to the general conditions stipulated in the “Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Service”.

  • In using the Company's services, you can engage in buying and selling goods, services, or other privileges using 'bb-coin', which is a currency intended for transactions exclusively within the Company's platform. The Company reserves the right to alter the value of bb-coin without prior notice to users. You can check the value of bb-coin on the application. 

    In this regard, the use of bb-coin is subject to the following conditions. 

    • You can buy bb-coin at the listed price. The price displayed does not include any other taxes or other charges that may occur from exchange rates unless otherwise specified. You are solely responsible for any tax or other expenses that may incur.

    • When your order is complete, your user account will receive bb-coin. The bb-coin in your account will be valid for 10 (ten) years from the date of the last bb-coin purchase. However, the Company has the discretion to extend its validity. Additionally, bb-coin will expire when your account is deleted or terminated for any reason or the Company is unable to provide service related to your account due to legal reasons.

    • When purchasing any gifts, products, or services from the Company, you must always pay with bb-coin. bb-coin can be purchased through the store that users use, such as the App Store or Play Store.

    • bb-coin can be used to purchase any gifts, products, or services at the prices listed on the trading portal in our service platform only

    • bb-coin cannot be transferred to any other users or individuals, and is not considered property that may be passed on to heirs under the family and inheritance law.

    • You understand and acknowledge that bb-coin has no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money or any value from us under any circumstances.

    • bb-coin can be used to buy gifts or products to impress any content uploaded or streamed by other users or by bondbond.

    • When you have completed payment for your order, to be paid products will be automatically deleted from your account.

    • You can check your product or service order history through the “Order History” menu.

    • When you paid to purchase products or services, the said products or services will be automatically deposited into your account and your bb-coin will also be automatically removed from your account.

    • Paid products or services are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for bb-coin or cash. Refunds and compensation requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.

    • Products or services for which payment is made are not considered as assets that may be passed on to heirs under the family and inheritance law.

    • When you use the service through the Company's application or website, it is considered that you are aware and accept the conditions and various requirements for using the Company's services.

      • The transaction is complete, meaning you have paid for the product and/or service fees to the Company. You cannot request a refund or cancel.

      • The user can possess only one ticket per event per user account only, whether it is obtained in the form of purchasing tickets or exchanging tickets any other types. 

      1. Redeeming or exchanging tickets

      • Kindly review the redemption policy thoroughly before proceeding with ticket redemption. This will enable you to comprehend the redemption prerequisites, the Company's authority to cancel or modify any redemption, and any additional fees that may be applicable.

      Remark: Reward redemption policies vary from event to event. Please read the redemption policy carefully through the event page on the Company's various platforms and/or the user's email in the case that the user receives the award. 

      Redeem codes have different expiration dates. Users must redeem tickets before the redeem code expires and the tickets can be redeemed only once.  

    • Video calling with artists means users have one-on-one video calls with artists at events through the Company's platform according to the period specified in the ticket you have purchased.

      • When the date and time specified in each event arrives, the user must press to accept the queue himself which the time that the user can press to accept the queue will be displayed in the event lobby page. The organizer can change the time to receive the queue. Considering to change in queue reception time is the sole discretion of the organizer. The Company is not involved in any consideration. If the user cannot accept the queue in time on the specified date and time, it is considered to be a waiver of the right to participate in the activities in that event.

      • When the user presses to accept the queue, the system will display the total number of individuals in queue and the queue number of the user. While queuing, users will not be able to exit to other pages and will not be able to log out while waiting in the queue. If the user logs out of the system, the user is required to start accepting queue again.

      • During a video call, the artist reserves the right to initiate a pause. Upon the artist's pause, a notification message will be displayed to the user, and the queue waiting system will be temporarily suspended.

      • Upon your turn, the artist will initiate a video call. Your responsibility is to answer the phone and engage in a conversation with the artist according to the duration specified in the ticket you purchased. A timer will be visible, displaying the countdown time throughout the entirety of the video call.

      • At the conclusion of the specified duration for the video call, the artist will conclude the call themselves. The artist retains the right to end the call at any time, but only after the designated time has elapsed.

      • When purchasing video calling services, the user is allowed to miss only one call. Upon the first instance of a missed call, the user will be re-queued for another attempt. However, in the event of a second missed call, the video call session will be deemed concluded immediately. The user will be redirected to the event lobby page and will not have the ability to initiate further video calls for that specific event.

      Prior to commencing a video call with the artist, the user acknowledges the need to ensure a stable internet signal. In the event of disruption or disconnection of the user's internet signal during the video call, a notification page will appear. The user is required to promptly restore the internet signal to resume the video call within the countdown time. If the reconnection is not achieved within the purchased service time, a notification page will indicate that the time has expired, and the video call will be considered concluded. 

    • The user accept that activities or events may be canceled or postponed, cancellation or postponement is solely considered by the organizer. The Company is not involved in any consideration.

    • In the event of activities or events being canceled or postponed, we advise you to obtain updates directly from the organizers. The Company may disseminate information regarding the cancellation or postponement of various activities or events through the website and/or the company's application, as applicable.

    • If there is a cancellation of activities or events by the show organizers, you will receive a full refund.

    If there is a need to cancel activities or events due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or civil unrest, the Company will consider rescheduling the activity or event or may provide a partial refund of 30%-50%, depending on the circumstances.  

    • The payment for purchasing bb-coin can be made through the App Store (with the option to pay via e-wallet, monthly phone bill, or credit/debit card) or Play Store (with the option to pay via e-wallet, monthly phone bill, or credit/debit card, including PromptPay or Paypal), or any other payment method available in our services, or other authorized service providers (“Payment Channels”). When making payments through other authorized service providers, you are required to comply with additional terms, including being responsible for any fees or charges imposed by such service providers.

      • You are required to provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the payment process. For example, the credit card you use must be valid for your usage, with a sufficient available credit limit. Additionally, you must promptly notify us of any changes to your billing address and update your user account when there are modifications to your payment methods.

      • Upon completing a financial transaction, you are considered to authorize the Company or its representatives to collect funds from you for (1) the purchase of bb-coin, (2) relevant taxes, and (3) any other fees associated with the use of our services.

      • Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws or expressly specified, any transactions arising from purchases are considered final. Payments for various services and the bb-coin you acquire are non-refundable under any circumstances.

      The Company may suspend or terminate your access to paid services if we do not receive full payment from you by the specified due date. 

    • The Company does not have a refund policy for the purchase of bb-coin under any circumstances. The Company also reserves the right to withhold refund discounts, as prices or benefits may vary for each time period. However, you can use bb-coin to pay for products or services as long as you still have access to your account.

      • Applicable law

      This paid policy is governed by Thai law. The interpretation and results of this paid policy shall be in accordance with the Laws of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim that arises and cannot be settled between the Company and the user shall be brought before and submitted to the Thai court having jurisdiction. 

      • Incompleteness of the terms and conditions

      If any statements and/or terms and/or conditions under the paid policy is void, voidable, contrary to applicable law or may not be enforced for any reason, the Company and the user agree to any such statements and/or terms and/or conditions do not affect the terms that are enforceable under this paid policy to be void, void or lost. 

      • In the event of a conflict

      This paid policy is created in English and Thai. In case of any conflict arises between the English version and Thai version, the English version shall prevail.
