Here are some common questions about bondbond application

  • You can reset your password by the step below,

    1. Press at "Login with email" > "Forgot Password".

    2. Enter the email of your account.

    3. Press "Reset password" in the email.

    4. Enter 'Password' and '"Confirm password"

    5. Then press "Open bondbond" to enter the application.

  • In case that you don't receive the verification email, please check in your junk mail.

  • You might did some inappropriate activities in the apprication, please contact customer support to unlock your account.

  • You can't change your account email. However, you can link social media account to your account for alternative login.

  • You can delete your account and data by the step below,

    1. Go to "Profile menu" > "Manage account".

    2. Press at "Delete account"

    3. Press "Delete" to confirm the account deletion.

    *Please be reminded that all data include your coins will be permanently deleted.

  • You can get coins to enjoy our activities as below,

    1. Complete missions in the application.

    2. Be the lucky person of the campaign in the application.

  • You can use coins to join or vote campaigns in the application.
